Very clean, comfortable beds, brilliant shower. Apartment-style with fridge/freezer. Air conditioned. 10 min walk to Piazza Bra and Arena. Close to bus/train station. The hotel's cleanliness was perfect, from the rooms to the shared facilities. We appreciated the convenience of having a shared kitchen, where we could cook our own meals. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was very close to the train station, making it easy for us to explore other towns. it was within walking distance to the city center, great to easily visit all the main attractions.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and allowed to drop off my bags before check-in, a great convenience. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The shower was fantastic, and the balcony added a nice touch. I was kinda surprised to find some snacks left for me in the room. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with a common bus route that easily took me to the old town in just 5 minutes.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for my needs as it was just a short walk from both the train station and the city center. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the beautiful old city wall and taking day trips to nearby towns. Secondly, the room itself was lovely. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's sleep. Lastly, the basic amenities were all there. The shared bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep the room cool during the hot summer days. Plus, the breakfast provided was a nice touch, allowing me to start my day off right.
No major issues, everything was great at this hotel.

The hotel's modern look and cleanliness provide a comfortable atmosphere. the location is very convenient, being near the old city wall and within walking distance to the train station, making it easily accessible for travelers.
One downside is that there was some construction going on during the stay, limiting access to the balcony. However, this did not significantly impact the overall experience.
